Outdoor sports have always been popular especially in the foothills and mountains of Central Asia. Riding is among the preferred activities let us take you through a few riding routes at your choice.

Ugam-Chatkal National Park, part of the Western Tien-Shan mountain range is definitely one of the most attractive places for riding. From spring to late fall you may explore the area on horseback on routes adapted to your skill, traversing foirests, over passes and through deep gorges and canyons, with various degrees in terrain. There are different options, circular itineraries or linear routes, from the popular starting points around Chimgan and for ardent horseback riders, up to 200kms can be covered. Another spectacular mountain range is the Gissar range. Starting from the small mountainous settlements deep in the Kashkadarya area, you'll ride up to the Surhkandarya river valley, attaining an altitude of up to 4000 through juniper forests, mountainous tundra and even eternal ice layers. On horseback through the Gissar mountains, riders will see mighty the Kizildarya canyon, dinosaur's footprint, Timur's cave and the most splendid flora and fauna.

Also discover the Nuratinskiy gorge, on the foot of which lays Aydarkul lake. Getting both the hot breath of the Kyzylkum desert, and the cool waters of the lake, this makes for a unique combination.
