See here exclusively the design plans and concept of the Creative Lab for this boutique just newly opened and situated along the water channel off Lyabi Hauz. You can't miss it. Contemporary and wearable accessories made from locally produced often hand woven fabrics, beautiful, comfortable home wear and sleepwear, for yourself or as a gift for those back home. Also look in on the 2nd floor where Bukharian artists hold monthly exhibitions.

New carpets yet displaying the beauty of times gone by can be admired at Ishoni Pir Medresse on Eshoni Pir Street. The Unesco established Carpet Workshop uses ancient local dying techniques and the knotted carpets depict timeless Timurid patterns in spectacular color combinations. Come in and have a look and be served a cup of tea on a hot day. Daily except Sundays.

One of the most enchanting entertainments you are likely to enjoy in Uzbekistan is the English-speaking puppet theater show at the Amphitheater on Lyabi Hauz square. Shows daily at 6 and 7 or upon request. Not only your children will be delighted by the performance these lively young Bukharian ladies have put together for guests from all over the world.
