The peaks of Karakush (3864 m), Akshom (3789 m), Babaytag (3555 m), Large Chimgan (3309 m) look intimidating and inviting.

Chatkal river, the deepest and most extensive of all rivers of the Western Tien-Shan, is a rafter's delight. The diversity of the route, from quiet paddling along building up to class 5 rapids on the lower stream, through the Chatkal canyons (up to 300m deep), flood-plain forest, past intricate islands, the possibility for one day to beyond 3 day tours on the 223 km's from lake Saricheiek at the Pskem mountain source and the Chatkal reservoir assure that everyone can enjoy rafting at their own level.
For the connoisseur and the experienced, try the rivers Oygaing-Pskem, which offer class 6 conditions, The Ugam and Angren river are for booting.
