to work abroad which came true then.

Belgium is amazing and unique country. Modern civilized state with developed industry, many-branched agriculture, high potential of science and a big reserve of skilled workers as well is an interaction of different cultures, races, traditions connected all together and also a kaleidoscope of sounds, colors and tinges... But the most impressive value of Belgium is its people very hospitable and friendly. We present you interview of Jean-Claude Beaujean, Consul of Kingdom of Belgium, with "Discovery" magazine.

Q: What is your background? Where you born and where did you grow up?
A: I was born in Lyeje town Belgium. This town is famous for its coal mining that has been already closed and well known as a town of armourers. I have two brothers who live in Belgium with my parents. It's always a pleasure for me to return to Belgium taking into consideration the fact that during last 30 years I've been working beyond the boundaries of Belgium and every time it is harder to get accustomed to mode of life my parents used to lead.

Q; As a child, how did you envision your future?
A: I always wanted to meet new people. My father ran a coal mine where representatives of 25 nationalities had been working. My childhood was already connected with different cultures and languages. That's why before graduating from the university I had a strong desire to work abroad which came true then.

Q: What are your favorite places to go out for a meal?
A: like all kind of cuisine. But I especially favor dishes of Uzbek cuisine as they're cooked from fresh foodstuffs. One should take into account that all fruits and vegetables in Uzbekistan are of best quality and people though not noticing get accustomed to it.

Q: What is your star sign?
A: My star sign is Gemini. This is assign of sociability, simplicity in one's relations.

Q: What music do you listen to in private? What music makes you feel good?
A: My youth passed through epoch of pop music. I listen to rock and pop music with great pleasure and have a large collection of country music. I'm also fond of going to concerts. Once I even had a chance to dance with Sophia Rotaru on stage. I derived veritable pleasure when visited "Sogdiana" ensemble and "iron horse" rock group concert.

Q: How do you relax and "recharge your batteries"?
A: I like traveling and often go to the mountains. I'm fancy for having a rest in the open air.

Q: What is your idea of mundane happiness?
A: Family happiness.

Q: Who is the designer that creates your "style"?
A: The main thing in style is quality of clothes, material and cut out. The ideas of style and fashion are at the point of constant development. The most important for me is that clothes must be comfortable to the degree when it's completely inconspicuous.

Q: What quality do you value most in people?
A: Respect for other people, honesty, sincerity and a good sense of humor.
