Tourism is being developed in Uzbekistan with both, local and international support. Tourism is about promoting and appreciating the different cultures between nations and peoples of the world. It also creates employment, adds to the economy and is committed to protect the environment in which it operates. Uzbekistan would certainly benefit from enhanced tourism initiatives, as the country has a great potential to be a major base for international tourism in Central Asia and a natural choice for foreign investors in this domain. We are all working together to create a working partnership in order to realise these ambitious goals.
